This is a great street for student accommodation in Loughborough
If you are a group of 5 and you particularly want to live in Granville Street, the choice of houses is exceedingly limited!
This is about as close to Sainsburys as you'll get, with the town centre 250 yards away and on a bicycle it's probably only 3 to 4 minutes from the campus.
Comfortable self contained bedrooms with a new well equipped modern styled kitchen, a good living room, a shower room downstairs and a bathroom (and shower) on the first floor. The house has two separate toilets.
The entrance to the house is by way of a security gate - a benefit to those who like to be reasured that their bicycles or other belongings are not likely to be 'removed'!
