All houses are situated in the most 'sought after' streets, very close to the town centre, convenient for the shops, Loughborough's 'night life', and only a few minutes from the campus on Ashby Road.
Every year each house is upgraded to give tenants the best quality off-campus living conditions that they would wish to find in Loughborough.

The next important date is in November 2008, round about the 2nd week - that's when these houses start to let for the year 2009/2010.
