My aim is for you to have a good year in Loughborough whilst you are one of my tenants and in one of my houses - the service and backup that I provide goes a long way to make that happen. Read what some of my previous tenants have to say about me:
I have lived in Anthony's house at 57 William Street for the past year. It has six big double bedrooms, I am living in the downstairs back room (a new extension to the house) which is lovely, modern, warm and has a fab wardrobe! Love the rest of the house with a big kitchen and lounge with flat screen plasma TV. All I can say is Anthony has been a fabulous landlord who will sort any problems out for you in a few days. As you can see from my housemates' reviews below, he has fixed anything that has broken without complaint. I would recommend living at 57 William Street to anyone.

I lived in Anthony's 5 bedroom house, 13 Curzon street. Anthony has been an excellent landlord the past year and he actually gets to know you unlike the big companies in Loughborough. The house itself is perfect with all double beds and good sized rooms, which means no arguments over the small room! I would recommend any of Anthony's houses to students in Loughborough!

I have absolutely loved living in 57 William Street. Six large bedrooms all with double beds, big kitchen and lounge, all a really sociable layout and in such good condition. All bedrooms come with lots of storage and a big desk which is a massive plus. Next year I am moving into another one of Anthony's houses which I am sure I will enjoy living in as much as number 57!

57 William street has been an amazing house! Great size rooms, big living area and a very sociable kitchen! I strongly recommend Anthony as a Landlord, we only had very minor problems with the house such as the fridge breaking and a brand new fridge freezer was delivered the next day! Anthony is always willing to be of help and is very understanding. It's nice to have the landlord actually knowing his tenants! Next year I will be moving into another one of his properties and have no doubt that it will be of the same very high standard.

57 William Street is a lovely house, Anthony is a great landlord and responds fast to sort any problems. Perfect home away from home - it has generously sized bedrooms with double beds, a sociable lounge with three sofas and a big TV! The kitchen has everything you need and more including a dishwasher and washing machine. It's been a hassle free experience and I feel very safe in this house.

Had a really great year at 57 William Street. Lovely house and lovely landlord. On the rare occasions that anything went wrong, Anthony went out of his way to sort it out. Couldn't have asked for more... only wish I was staying there another year!

Anthony was a fantastic landlord and I would definitely recommend him. If there was ever a problem with the house Anthony ensured that it was sorted out immediately! He always checked on us to make sure we were doing ok and he was very friendly. There were double beds in all bedrooms and plenty of space for everyone's stuff. Highly recommended!

Best landlord - really friendly and always checking up on us to see that we are okay :) Really spacious rooms, double bed in each. Flat screen TV, great location, reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Anthony to others, he was fantastic! I would have stayed in the house for another year if I was still studying next year. Definitely far better than previous landlords I have rented from.

Our house was immense, double beds in each room and pretty good lounge - ideal for pre-drinks. Anthony was fab landlord, sorting everything out that wasn't working properly. We had a slight problem with the hob and he bought us a new one, drainpipes needed clearing and someone was round the next day. And the best thing, the house had a flat screen TV with freeview built-in! Couldn't have wanted anything else in a house or a landlord. Would recommend, wish we were staying on in Loughborough next year!

Just thought I would second what Heather has said, our house is immense and Anthony is an awesome landlord who will sort anything out for you without complaint; lights in the garden, new oven, new digi box, letting us back into our house... we have spent two brilliant years in this house and are very jealous of the next tenants to live here!

Got to say that if people are looking for houses Anthony Moor should be the first place to look! I'd definitely recommend going for a private landlord over a big company, that way when you lock yourself out of your house you know you'll get an answer when you ring and ask for help! We've spent two very happy years in our house and are very sad to be leaving this year :(

Anthony is a great landlord, sorted any problems we had immediately, far better than large company landlords who take months. Our washing machine broke, he bought us an amazing new one. Any problem was fixed within 24 hours. Well kitted out and furnished house. Got to know each of us well, very understanding.
