It is up to you, the Tenants to select the first three. I am 'the Fourth', the Landlord!
Yes, you as a group have to know you will be happy living together but you've also got to be happy with me as your Landlord. So check me out with existing tenants - in any of my houses, they are listed on these Web pages so there is nothing stopping you from contacting tenants in any of my houses.
If there are problems which I can help to sort out, I will do so. If there are house maintenance problems, I want to know about them and then to get them sorted with minimal delay.
My aim is for you to have a good year in Loughborough whilst you are one of my tenants and the service/backup I provide can go a long way to make that happen!
If there are special requests, ask me, I can only say yes or no and, if they are reasonable, the chances are that I will say yes. I'd much rather that you asked rather than keeping quiet about something which is bothering you! Even if I have to say no to whatever it is, I will try to explain why.
