Accommodation Loughborough - Students - Landlord support
There are four really important things to consider when you are renting a house:
- Know your group
- House location
- House quality
- The Landlord
As a tenant it's up to you to select the first three - I am 'the 4th', the Landlord!
Yes, you as a group have to know you'll be happy living together but you've also got to be happy with me as your Landlord.
- If there are problems which I can help to sort out, I will do so.
- If there are house maintenance problems, I want to know about them and then get them rectified with minimal delay.
- Check me out with existing tenants in any of my houses listed on this website - there is nothing stopping you from contacting them directly.
- See what previous tenants have to say about me.
My aim is for you to have a good year in Loughborough whilst you are one of my tenants and in one of my houses - the service and backup that I provide goes a long way to make that happen.
If there are special requests then please ask me! In fact I'd prefer that you asked about something which is bothering you rather than keeping quiet. If your request is reasonable, the chances are I will say yes. Even if I have to say no, I will always try to explain why.
Best landlord - really friendly and always checking up on us to see that we are ok :) Really spacious rooms, double bed in each. Flat screen TV, great location, reasonble price. Would definitely recommend Anthony to others, he was fantastic! I would have stayed in the house for another year if I was still studying next year. Definately far better than previous landlords I have rented from.
