Accommodation in Loughborough for Students and support from the Landlord

The Tenancy runs from the Saturday from the end of the Academic year until the same date the following year, for example:

• 12.00 Saturday 19th June 2010 to 12.00 Saturday 18th June 2011.

The rental period is for 12 months and tenants are free to move their furniture into their house as soon as the tenancy starts. Likewise the house is theirs to use throughout the summer should they have summer work in Loughborough.

Rent is payable quarterly - this being on the same basis as for the Halls of Residence.

I take no deposit but would invoice the tenants at the end of the tenancy were there to be any damage or loss of equipment in the house.

The houses are let on a 'first come, first serve' basis although for a limited time I can hold a house pending a decision after a viewing.
